In the welding class we will certify students in the NCCER Core and Welding units and the students will be get credits for welding at LTC- Gulf Area.
The First Responder Curriculum is designed for those students who want to become employed in the Paramedic and Medical fields. Many other industries are now having their employees trained to the First Responder Level, so this will give a High School Graduate an advantage when applying for a job. For everyone else you will be trained to be super parents ready for major Bo-Bo's.
The Soccer Program at EHS is a new addition, but an exciting one. I have played soccer in its inception in Lafayette Parish and in High School and have coached in the recreation league and High School. I have been a referee on the state level for Rec and High School for 6 years which has helped me establish a better working knowledge of a successful program.
