Strengthening Opportunities for Achievement through Remediation
Bookshare is now available through Clever for your child. Bookshare offers books on audio for your child to listen to while following along. If they don't see a book in the library, please let me know and I will try to add it to the library. Listening to books on audio is an EXCELLENT way to help improve fluency and vocabulary. I highly encourage this for at least 20 minutes a day!
Students in SOAR class will be receiving instruction in the areas of decoding and encoding, to help improve reading comprehension.
Once assessments of students have been completed in September, students will be placed according to their needs.
Programs implemented are a multi-sensory reading approach.
