Sample Research paper--this includes the works cited page as well.  This is a link to the samples on the OWL site. 

Poetry paper requirements--Final draft and works cited page must be uploaded to Turnitin.com by midnight 2/28.  The paper (2 typed pages minimum and 3 typed pages maximum) and works cited page should be double spaced, Times News Roman, size 12 and should adhere to the MLA format.  The OWl at Purdue website is helpful and there is a link on my homepage.  Remember, your paper should show the relationship between your poet's life and his/her works.  Although you will certainly include biographical material, this is not a biography--show me the essence of the person through his/her poetry.
