Mr. Shanteau's 4th Grade Class

Dear Fourth Grade Family,

 

We hope your summer was both relaxing and enjoyable. Welcome back to a new year, a new school, and a new way to start off! Our names are Mrs. Rush (ELA Teacher / Social Studies) and Mr. Shanteau (Math / Science Teacher) and we are your 4th grade teachers. 

 

     The Grade 4 level brings an increased sense of responsibility, leadership and expectations. Since more will be expected of students individually, they will be held accountable for their work habits, work completion, ability to meet deadlines and observance of school rules. As we work together to continue to instill in each child a sense of confidence, self-esteem, and responsibility, it is our hope that each child will strive to his/her highest potential.

 

Please know the lines of communication are open and Mrs.  Rush and myself are willing to work with you and the different circumstances that may come up due to remote learning. We will try our best to make sure each child is getting what they need and working to their fullest potential!
