Welcome 

In our Lab and on the student laptops,  we run the newest Macintosh Operating System.  The system is very user friendly, and can be used to educate students in a variety of ways.  The ilife suite program is the featured software of this particular operating system.  The programs associated with this software allow users to easily create video, still picture, slide show presentations and audio by making it incredibly simple to share files between different programs.  Our K-2nd graders will be utilizing the new Mac Mini's in the computers lab, as well as classroom ipads.  Each classroom has been giving ipads on a 2:1 ratio (two students to every one ipad).  Students will be working in pairs with their classroom teachers to utilize all the tools the ipads have to offer. 

This year at Griebling we will be introducing our STEAM room to our students.  This room will include activities from building blocks, to legos, to circuits and robotics.  With the help of our wonderful PTA and a Grant from the HTEA, we were able to purchase many items that will assist the students in this new adventure of creativity.

We're looking forward to a great year at the Griebling Computer Labs for the 2017-2018 school year!!
