Welcome to the music room. We will have a great musical year learning about composers and how to read music. This year the 4th and 5th grade wrote reports on composers of their choice and then presented it to their classmates. They have been recorded on video.The entire 4th and 5th grades will be involved in the spring concert. Fifth grade students that perform at the night concerts will be receive a chorus award at the award ceremony in June. The daytime concert is part of our music curriculum so everyone performs. Our 3rd graders will work hard to learn their note names and music terms. They will play the flutophone and end with a playing test. This will be a great year! We are going to continue to move ahead with knowledge and music fun.
