Welcome to a new school year!  I am pleased to be your child's sixth grade Science teacher.  This will be my fourth year teaching Science at Buffalo Creek Middle School and my fifth year in Manatee County School District.  Previously, I have taught for fifteen years in Connecticut and Texas.  I have a master's degree in elementary education and a bachelor's degree in special education.  My philosophy as a teacher is to teach for student success.

I have been married for nineteen wonderful years and have a yellow labrador retriever puppy named Pyro.  My hobbies include reading, computer technology, going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.
