This year, your child will be given a very special DOG. They are to bring their DOG to school every single day and take it home each night.   

The DOG will be a tool to help your child learn the important skill of organization and will be a communication device between home and school.

Your child's DOG has several important features. There are two pockets. One is marked "Return to School" and is the first thing you will see inside of your child's DOG. This is where all homework and important notes will be placed. This will help your child know exactly where to find their work and important notes. Next, you will find the DOG rules in a clear sheet protector. Finally, you will find their "Keep at Home" pocket filled with all of their good work. Please take some time to sit down with your child and "oooh" and "aaaah" over their work. When you have finished, you may keep their work.
