Dear Farmingdale School Community,
I am honored to begin serving as the new superintendent/principal of the Farmingdale Public School. I am proud to be an educator who has spent over 23 years in regular and special education classrooms. I have two teenage daughters, a stepson, a wonderful and supportive husband and an adorable puppy. I am a globally connected educator who engages with my Professional Learning Network (PLN) through Twitter and Voxer. I am passionate about Digital Learning and you can often find me sharing what I am learning with others. Most of my educational career has been in Monmouth County until five years ago when I transitioned into administration. I was fortunate to work in both Mercer and Burlington Counties as a Director of Special Services as well as a Superintendent/Principal. I am excited to be back in Monmouth County and look forward to working with the Farmingdale School Community and staff as we provide a 21st century, student-centered learning environment to all of our students.
