Dear Parents,

Welcome to 4th grade! I am looking forward to getting to know you and your children this year.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I have been a 4th grade teacher here at IES for 11 years. Before coming to teach in Iota, I taught 1st grade in Crowley for 4 years, and I taught 4th grade in Egan for 1 year. I have been married for 27 years, and I have 3 "grown" children. I went to elementary school in Egan, and I graduated from Iota High School. This is my home and I love teaching here.

Your child will be coming home with a million papers to sign!  Please sign them and send them back as soon as possible.

Remember to check your child's homework by clicking on "Homework & Events" to your left.  Students should write all of their homework in their planners incase the assignments change.
