Hello Parents!

Welcome to your child's 1st grade On Course Website!  This is a great way for us to stay connected and up to date with your child's progress.  

Parents can check their child's grade progress, absenses, and discipline record by clicking on the Parent Command Center link in the column on the left of this page. 

You can contact me through email or at school with any questions or concerns.  My email address is limooney@acadia.k12.la.us .  When you email me, please write PARENT EMAIL in the subject area.  This will keep the email from going into the SPAM folder.  The school's phone number is 779-2581.  The best time to reach me is from 12:00-12:25 or from 3:00-3:15.  If for some reason I cannot be reached at these times, I will call you back as soon as possible! 

Also, the homework on the website may not always be correct and is subject to change.  Please refer to the class homework sheet I send home every Monday for homework instructions.  This is the homework your child is responsible for. 

It is a pleasure to have your children in my class!  I love getting to know you and your children throughout the school year!
