In Math, we are sorting objects according to size, shape and color.
In Language Arts, we will be studying the letters e, f, g, h, i and j. On p. 17 in your Agenda, please write 1 word that begins with each letter.
In Religion, we will be studying the 5th and 6th Commandments. On p. 16 in your Agenda, please trace over the words, pray always.
On Thursday, Sept. 2nd, the Student Council will have the first aluminum can drive for this year. If you have any cans or know of someone who might give some to you, please bring them to school that day. A reminder will be send home on Wed.
We will dismiss at 1:00 p.m. on Friday for our monthly faculty meeting. It is also a casual dress day for the students.
Monday will be a school holiday to observe Labor Day. Please remember to thank all those who work to provide you with the things you need.
The Saint of the Week is St. Gregory the Great. Please read about him on p. 17 in your Agenda. Below that, write or draw a picture of some ways you can show you faith to others. Each month, a different virtue is presented in the Agendas. For September, the virtue is Faith.
