Update as of 8-31-10
5th Gr. Choir - finished listening to their ranges - they did such a good job singing their best! Working on part singing by singing rounds.  Hearing students sing alone so they can get used to hearing their own voice. Starting songs for church: "O Sing Unto the Lord" and a Latin round "Dona Nobis Pacem."

Boys Choir - they are already matching pitch and staying in tune! Began a song for church "Oh Freedom" which is a South African freedom song. Working on the national anthem.  First time to sing it at a football game is Sat., Sept.11 which is a date they selected.  Any Dads, Opas, family friends that want to join the boys in singing are welcome.  I will have music for them. (sung in unison)

Girls Choir - a strong group of singers! Started 2 songs for church: "Jubilate Servite" and "Inscription of Hope". Girls will sing the national anthem at the Sept. 25 football game. 

In regard to homework, the assignment made in class is the most accurate.  When in doubt, call another student or me.
