Huntsville High School offers an after school Tutoring program Monday - Thursday from 3:30-5:30.  You can also call the Hotline at 738-6878 with questions.

 Rules:

These rules are in addition to all other school rules as listed in your handbook. It is your
responsibility to learn and follow them. Please ask if you have any questions.

Rule # 1: Be on time and be prepared for class. This includes: having your textbook,
notebook, pencils and beginning bell work immediately. Being unprepared for
class constitutes a tardy.  See handbook.

Rule # 2: If it does not belong to you, leave it alone.

Rule # 3: Follow directions and procedures the first time they are given.

Rule# 4: Treat others in the manner you want to be treated.

Rule# 5: No food, drink, or gum will be permitted in class. 1st offense - warning.
                                                                                       2nd offense - detention.

Rule # 6: Use the restroom before you get to class. I will allow 1 “emergency” visit per
nine weeks.  Any trips to the restroom after that will be treated as a tardy.

Consequences:  Failure to follow these rules results in a minimum of a warning or up to the maximum as prescribed
in the handbook.

Late Work and Make-up Work:
     1) Late work will not be accepted. Work is due when I ask for it to be turned in. Please do
not ask to turn it in at a different time.  The answer is no.  This is the only way I can be
       fair to everyone.
     2) Work missed while you were absent may be turned in equal to as many days late as you
were absent.  It is your responsibility to find out what was missed and to complete the
       work.
    3) Test days are announced well in advance of the test; therefore, if you miss the day before
the test,  you are still responsible to take the test on the announced date.
        4) If you are absent the day of a test, it is your responsibility to make arrangement to make
            up the test.
Please note; make up tests will be not be the same form as the regular tests.
