Step 1: The principal is notified that the student is on Step 1.

Step 2: The principal is notified that the student is on Step 2, 20 minutes Lunch

Detention and teacher notifies parent

Step 3: The principal is notified that the student is on Step 3, student meets with the

counselor and the counselor phones the child’s parent.

Step 4: The principal is notified that the student is on Step 4 and parent conference with

the teacher and Administrator or is set up.

Step 5: The student receives a formal office referral.
