“Title of Lab” (2 points)
I. Purpose: What you are to accomplish by doing this lab. (REWORD the “challenge” from each lab.) Ex. = To estimate, then measure the actual mass of various objects using a triple beam balance. (5 points)
II. Materials d: List all materials used in the lab. (List by number or separate list by using commas.) This part needs to be one directly into the report, not attached from lab set-up. (5 points)
III. Procedures: In your OWN words, write the directions for the lab. Give directions as though the person reading them has never been in a science lab before. Use paragraph form or number form. (10 points)
IV. Data: Include all charts, graphs, data tables (written observations) from the lab. Also include any assigned questions (Analysis) from the lab. (10 points)
V. Conclusion: Write at least ONE PARAGRAPH which summarizes what you learned or discovered by doing this lab. Explain whether your hypothesis was correct or not. Include evidence to support your answer.
