• Attended West Schools 1st-12th grades
• Graduated West High School in 1988
• Attended Baylor University and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Education specializing in Special Education.
• Earned ESL (English as a Second Language) supplement certification in 2007
• Taught Content Mastery 10 years
• Taught Accelerated Reading 2 years
• Taught 2nd grade 1 year
• Intervention Specialist, taught ESL, Trojan Reading and Trojan Mastery 1 year
• 14 years experience in Education

Personal:

• Born in Waco, TX
• Raised in West
• Married Jeffrey Holloman in 1996
• Gave birth to triplet daughters in 2002
• Gave birth to a son in 2006

2008-09 School Year..........

Once again, I am working as an Interventionist at West Elementary. I work with teachers and students to help all students achieve. This is done through a process called RTI. RTI stands for "Response to Intervention". This is a "multi-step approach to providing services and intervention to students who struggle with learning at increasing levels of intensity".
