We strive in every way to offer a program that will allow your child to reach their full potential. We believe by offering a rigorous academic program, balanced with a rich extra-curricular program we can help each child develop into responsible, productive young adults.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality education so that all students believe they can succeed. You as parents have a part in making this happen. I can’t see all and/or know all. Please keep me informed. If you feel we are not fulfilling our mission, I need to know. Call me, e-mail me, write me a note, or just drop in to visit.
We have had many successes over the last fifty years at Houma Junior High. Some have been well published; others are kept in our hearts. In the end, our work is not just a job. Our work is a calling. We have been called to work with the future. We realize the future is in our hands. We understand and welcome this awesome responsibility.
