EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND PERSONAL INFORMATION:

1.  I attended both Houma Jr. High School and Terrebonne High School.
2.  I graduated from Nicholls State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education.
3.  I started teaching at Houma Jr. High School in August of 1995.
4.  I graduated from Nicholls State University in 1999 with a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  I also certified as a Supervisor of Student Teachers and a Reading Specialist.
5.  I am assessor and mentor trained for the Louisiana Teacher Assessment Program.
5.  I received National Board Certification in 2003 with certification in Early Adolescence/English Language Arts.
6.  I am married and have two beautiful children, one girl and one boy.
