My name is Michelle Sonefelt, and I'm a teacher at Starr Elementary School. I taught second grade from 2001-2011.  This is my first year teaching third grade.  I graduated from the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg in December 2000 with my Bachelor of Arts degree. I also have my 18 hours and above.

In my off hours, you are likely to find me spending time with my husband of 14 years,  my very energetic 7 year old son and my lively 3 year old daughter, visiting with my family, going to the races and fighting fire.

Since I've been teaching, I've devoted my time to ensuring that each student in my classroom receives a first-rate educational experience.
