Health and Physical Fitness is an important part of our lives. Being able to do SOME type of Physical Activity (fitness) can bring a feeling of achievement, enhance ones individual (positive) self esteem, build social skills/work ethic, and BENEFIT productivity in not only ourselves but in society.

Children and (in my personal opinion) Adults NEED to play; Workout not only for our minds but also for our bodies.  Fitness and learning about ourselves can bring a "LIFE LIVING VALUES IN RESPECT, DIGNITY, RESPONSIBILITY,AND TEAMWORK..."
