I teach Project Adventure,Freshman, Junior and Senior Health. In addition, I have been teaching Yoga as a physical education elective since 2004. I have completed three levels of training in the Yogafit method. Plus the "Anatomy & Alignment of Yoga" and "Yoga for Children". Students have been very receptive to the yoga classes. Yoga is best performed barefoot on a personal yoga mat. If students do not have their own mat; socks must be worn for hygenic purposes. Sneakers must be worn from the locker room to class. I hope that students can obtain their own mat, these personal mats can be stored in the girls and boys locker room. Yoga Mats can fit in most gym lockers.
