Math

The students are working on Topic 9 in our new Math series, Envision Math.

Currently we are working on:
Relating division and multiplication

Please continue to work on:

Rounding numbers, estimating, expanded form, written form, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, key words for knowing what type of math to use, graphing, and word problems

are continuing to work on multiplication and division.  If they do not have mastery of their facts, they should be able to draw a picture or an array to demonstrate their knowledge of it.

One area that we will be focusing on this year is Minute Math.  The students will be given one minute to answer as many addition, subtraction, and multiplication facts as they can in one minute.
