*Write a one page essay to inform the advisors as to why you should be on the council to help run the program, “Find the Courage”.*You need to state your leadership abilities/attributes that can be shown as a role model to a middle school aged student.
*The council is also looking for leaders that will be highly motivated with these groups, but also has the ability to learn teaching techniques and classroom management skills with younger students
ALSO, these leaders need to have COMPLETE clearance as far as their conduct in school here at Sparta High School.
If you have any record, for the past 3 years, of any discipline problems you do not need to apply for this program.
We need leaders who are in good academic standing, and we will make sure through our clearance procedure that each high school leader is cleared before continuing
