Our collection consists of approximately 20,000 print and nonprint materials such as books, magazines, videos, DVD's, read along tapes, and audio books. There are 13 computers used for research and book selection. We have 30 parent volunteers. Without the help of parent volunteers, the library would not be able to function.
In addition to fifty-minute information skills classes with book selection and research classes, individual students and small groups come in to return books, checkout books, study, research, and read throughout the day. Kindergarten has a 25 minute class which consists of a read-aloud and book selection.
The children in grades K-5 are allowed to check out the following amount of books:
| Kindergarten: | 3 books | Third Grade: | 4 books |
| First Grade: | 3 books | Fourth Grade: | 5 books |
| Second Grade: | 4 books | Fifth Grade: | Unlimited |
Books that are needed for special projects and reports are not counted in the above limits.
