Dear Parents,
Welcome to our ELA/ Social Studies classroom! My name is Lacey Ard. My student's call me Mrs. Ard or Mrs. Lacey either one is fine. There is another 4th grade teacher named Ms. Ard on campus so somtimes people get us confused. This will be my 15th year of teaching in Tangipahoa Parish. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University. I live in Loranger on a farm with my husband Charlie and two girls (Madelyn & Mallory) They both come to school with me and Madelyn is in the 3rd grade and Mallory is in Kindergarden. Let's begin this school year off on a good note. Although things look very different, I can assure you that your child's safety is the most important thing to us as a school and family. Let's all work together for great success in your child's education.
I want to assure you that I will do my best to give your child a high quality education and I am excited to work closely with each one of you.
