Congratulations to our 2019-2020 FFA Welding teams. Both teams placed at Parish and at District allowing them to advance to the Area IV Contest. AHS was the only school in Livingston Parish to have two teams advance to the Area Contest in Baton Rouge. The welding team includes the following students: Garrett Landry, Johnny Brasel, Steven Petho, Brennan Moran, Gage McTaggart and Brady Woodward
Congratulations to Garrett Landry and Johnny Brasel for placing 2nd at the Area Contest with 27 teams competing and therfore advancing to the State Contest, also held in Baton Rouge at ABC's Welding School.
