Welcome to 4th Grade!

 

 

My name is Ms. Cheri A. Jeanfreau, and I am the 4th Grade teacher at SLU Laboratory School.  I also teach Science and Social Studies to 3rd Grade.  I am beginning my 13th year of teaching this year, and I am just as excited this year as I was my first year of teaching! 

 

 

I graduated from SLU in 1996 with certifcations in Elementary Education (Grades 1-8), as well as Special Education Mild/Moderate.  I also have a minor in Visual Arts, and my Master's Degree is in Adminstration (Elementary Principalship).

 

 

When I am not teaching,I love to play with my little dog, Rascal!  He will be two years old in September, and he is a mix between a Border Collie and a Terrier.  As time passes, I find that his name is extremely appropriate, and he really loves playing with kids!!!  He even likes to come to school on special days.

 

 

 

My other favorite things to do in life involve working out or doing some sort of outdoor activity.  I participate in group fitness classes at Spoga, and I love riding my bike!  Perhaps one day, we can arrange a class bike ride!!!!!!
