Book Bag - keep these things in  your bookbag

• Parent Communication Notebooks - need come to school everyday
• Homework Bag - this zipper bag contains the papers, study cards, reading books, etc. that are used to complete daily homework. I will add items to it as they are needed for homework.

Frequently, CD's or DVD's of learning activites are sent home to be used for homework. These should be done repeatedly for homework and funtime activities. These CD's and DVD's should remain at home. A clear plastic file box has previously been sent home that should be used to store the CD's in. As your student gets older, you can expect to see some computer CD's with powerpoints to be used for learning.

Messages - Mrs. Coburn can be contacted at the school  number above and a message left. I will return the call.  Written messages should be communicated to me in the Parent Communication Notebook. You many call Mrs. Coburn on her cell phone number - given to you in the beginning of the year packet. If you need it again, please write me a note.

Absences - written excuses should be sent on separate paper (not just written in the communication notebook) each time your child is absent. This includes doctor office excuses AND parent notes.
