KINGCAKES!!!! Tyler shared Kingcake with the class today. Billy found a baby. Billy will bring one medium Kingcake on Thursday. Thanks for participating to make this fun for the students.

Vocabulary: absence, shelters, permanently, drifts, scarce, dim, conserved, strict, harsh, bleak
Math: Chapter 25 and 26 "Fractions." Test Friday.
Spelling: threw, cool, foot, cook, bruise, hook, tool, brook, school, choose, balloon, cartoon, afternoon, sunderstood, booth...test on Thursday.
English: Linking verbs-have, has, had, am, is, are, was, were, will...test on Friday.
Science: Unit A, Chapter 2... "Animals"...test Thursday. A study guide has been given.
Handwriting: Work on cursive handwriting...all letters.
FUNDRAISER: I am participating in a fundraiser at SLU...Send in your soda can tabs. Each pound collected is worth 1 free treatment of chemotherapy for a child. Thanks in advance for your participation.
Notes: Please watch absences. Students missing 16 or more days of school (excused or not) will be retained as per parish policy. Any parent wanting to send snacks to be shared in class is welcome. We have 20 students. We do have a peanut, coconut, sesame seed, melon allergy in class...please be aware. Thanks to all who have been sending snacks!
