ALGEBRA 1 HONORS (Block 4)
Students will earn high school credit for Algebra 1 upon successful completion of the course.  Please refer to the document that was given to each student that explains this process.

Friday, 2/19- Systems of equations/inequalities TEST

SECOND SEMESTER CHANGES
-Test grades will count twice
-NO late work will be accepted (unless the student was absent)
-The 5 question quiz grading scale will be changed to the following:
  5 right = 100
  4 right =  80
  3 right =  60
  2 right =  40
  1 right =  20
  0 right =   2

Grading Policy:
Tests       50%                           
Quizzes   30%

HW/CW   20%

TUTORING- Will be offered EVERY Tuesday and Thursday after school, starting the week of February 1.  It will begin @ 2:45 and students will need to arrange transportation home.

Students are expected to have the following with them every day: 
-Spiral notebook
-3-ring binder
-Practice Skills workbook
-Word Problems workbook
-Pencil
-Completed homework assignment


7th GRADE MATH/INTENSIVE MATH (Blocks 1 & 2)
Students will have math every day during blocks 1 (odd day) and 2 (even day).  However, they will only receive one grade for the course.  Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
