As a teacher I believe that students need to be enthusiastic and inspired. I want to instill a love and a drive in your children to learn more than they ever thought possible. I want to arm them with the tools that will help them be successful and confident as they start their educational journeys. I believe in establishing connections to the real world and looking at real world problems, breaking them down, and working together to discover solutions. In our class I encourage the students to be active, hands-on learners who are enthusiastic and engaged. By establishing open lines of communication between school and family I believe we can cultivate an environment in which the children feel safe, confident, and want to challenge themselves.
