Your child's AR goal was slightly adjusted due to the fact they were not permitted to take our school library books home over Winter Break.  You will notice that on their weekly sticker in the planner. They must reach their goals (in points, quiz percent, and book level) by Wednesday, January20th to be able to wear their 'Favorite Hat' on Friday, January 22. So please try to keep them going toward those goals.

Please try to make sure your child is reading an AR book or two each night. Remember - he/she will not be able to go to our school library each day and when they do go, they will only be getting 3 books. Your local public library has a list of all AR books with the levels, so please utilize those libraries as well. Thank you! We have many Independent Readers and now some Rising Readers. Way to go Class!! That is awesome!!!

If you feel you need to contact me - don't hesitate!
