We will exchange Valentines on Friday, February 12th at the very end of the day. Please make sure your child brings a Valentine for EVERY student in the class. They will not need to bring a box to store them in--I will provide a bag. We have 21 children.

Please note, this is not an "official" class party because we're only allowed to have three parties per school year: Halloween, Winter, and End of the Year. However, we are allowed to have a cupcake or cookie and a drink. If you would like to volunteer to supply these treats, please let me know.

•   little powdered drink mixes that go into water bottles and cocoa mix
•   knit hats to wear under their helmets
•   hand & feet warmers
•   mac & cheese in bowls, Hormel-type chili, beef stew, etc. in cans
•   tuna in cans or pouches
•   hard candies, beef jerky, sunflower seeds, nuts
•   hand sanitizer (liquid and with wipes), foot powder, dental hygiene items

What is a Golden Key? Each week I choose one student who exhibited role model behavior for the entire week by “Living Above the Line.” Students are chosen based on the following criteria: no cards received for that week and exemplary attitude and behavior in all rooms of the building- this includes the cafeteria and Related Arts.
