Welcome to Kindergarten! This year will be a fun-filled learning experience for your child. Your child will be learning through many different teaching styles. Through different activities and strategies, I believe every child’s needs will be met.
Each week, on Monday, I will send home a kindergarten newsletter to inform you of what your child is learning that week. It will also contain information on parties or other events in which your child will be participating. You may also get information from this website.
Communication between a parent and teacher is vital in a child’s education; therefore, the communication folder is sent home daily. The folder includes homework, important notes, snack calendar, and a behavior chart. Please check the folder, initial, and return it daily. A homework sheet (hot pink) will be sent home on Monday. Please have your child complete their homework each night.
We know your child is the most special person to you. They are very special to me, too!! I look forward to a great year!!!! :)
