All You Ever and Never Cared to Know About Mrs. Lockhart

I grew up in a central Illinois farm town and moved to Nashville in 1996 when I attended Lipscomb University.  In 2000 I earned my bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Teaching.  Later I returned to Lipscomb to earn my Master's degree in Education Administration.  Over the past nine years I have taught fourth and fifth grade.  This is my second year teaching part-time at Nannie Berry.  This is the perfect schedule for my family.  I am able to be "mommy" in the morning and your Math, Social Studies and Science teacher in the afternoon.

 

I enjoy playing with my son, being outside, reading, playing volleyball, spending time with family and friends, and watching sports.  I have been married to my husband, Brian, and lived in Hendersonville for the past seven years.  We are thrilled to have our two year old son, Brock.  He keeps us busy and constantly entertained. 

 

I am honored to be at Nannie Berry.  I continue to look forward to working with the teachers, administrators, parents, staff, and students that are so passionate about our school.
