CRCT Online Practice at Clarkdale
The Computer Lab and the Media Center will be open on the following dates/times so that parents may bring their children to sit down together at a computer to practice for the CRCT together. A staff member will be there to assist with logging on, but we ask that parents remain with their children as they practice, to assist where needed, discuss questions missed, etc.

Welcome back to a new year at Clarkdale! We hope everyone had a nice holiday.
Conference Week is Jan. 26 - 30. You should have received a conference scheduling letter from your child's teacher. Students will be dismissed early that week.
We have many activities planned for Inauguration Day, January 20. Ask your child about it when they come home that day!

Congratulations to our 61 students in fourth and fifth grades who made the Clarkdale Honor Roll for the first quarter! To be on the Honor Roll, a student must have either all A's or A's/B's and no grade below an S in specials, work habits and behavior. These students' names will be announced at school and displayed in the hallway. They will also receive a certificate, a coupon for a Stevie B's buffet, and a free ticket to an Atlanta Thrashers game! In addition, the PTA will be sponsoring a recognition for these students who have achieved excellence. Congratulations!

Welcome to a terrific new school year at Clarkdale Elementary! Your PTA is excited about everything that we have planned to support our students. We need your help to make this year a success, by attending PTA meetings, keeping in contact with your child's teacher, volunteering for committees and events. This website is an effort to keep you informed of PTA and school-related news and events.
Visit this website often, and especially check the calendar. Also, go through your child's Weekly Folder, which is sent home school-wide every Monday. It contains vital information about your child's progress, as well as school-related events. Coming soon are teachers' websites, which will be linked to the Clarkdale website.
