Reminders
Car Line Reminder
Please place your car in park or engage the parking brake when stopped in car line. This will help to ensure the safety of students and staff.
PTA Information: New system for emailing, calendar and volunteer sign up. Please visit www.parentteacher.net to view all of our information. The parent login code is: BHElemPTA. It is case sensitive.
Friendly Reminders:
~Please make sure students are getting their agendas signed nightly.
~No e-mail's for transportation changes but faxes are acceptable.
~Transportation changes needs to be called into the office prior to 12:00 p.m.
~No Student sign-outs after 2:00 p.m.
~Make sure students bring their recorders with them on music days.
If a replacement needs to be ordered please let me know and I
will send home an order form.
Wellness
Please make sure that students are FEVER FREE for 24 hours before returning to school. It is also very important that hand washing occurs often to kill germs.
From Learning Bridge (ASP):
-Please call Learning Bridge at 770-693-8386 if you have any questions about the program. The after school Learning Bridge phone number is 770-815-9820(2:30 - 6:00).
-Learning Bridge ASP Pick Up: Please enter through the doors at the back of the school near the cafeteria.
-When paying for LB, please make sure your child's name is on the check, and parents should turn this check in during pick up. Please do not send the payment in with your child in the morning.
-If you are on the 5 day plan, your child will be expected to stay everyday unless you send a note to your child's teacher stating otherwise.
-If you are on the 3 day plan, parents need to specify the 3 days for each week prior to the next week when making payment or at pick up.
