How Can I Earn Coins?

 

This is our classroom reward system. Students have the opportunity to earn reward coins by doing the following listed below. Students will never loose coins; however, they may choose to redeem them for a reward.

 

 

 

1) *READ (books, newspapers and/or magazines)

 

**15-30 minutes = 1 coin + 1 ticket

 

**31-45 minutes = 2 coins + 2 tickets

 

**46+ minutes = 3 coins + 3 tickets

 

2) *Every 5 stickers for Homework

3) *Parent Signature on assignments such as HW/tests/projects

4) *92% or higher on test/project

5) *Positive sportsmanship during any game/special activity

6) *Random selection by teachers for showing RESPECT

*****No red checks during the week (3^rd period only)*****

 

Rewards

 

 

1 coin = choice of: mint or eraser

 

2 coins = choice of: pencil

 

5 coins = choice of: snack

 

7 coins = choice of: special chair or prize box

 

10 coins = choice of: HW pass or 5 bonus points
