TO MY STUDENTS: 
Congratulations on becoming a Second Grader.  I am excited to welcome you into 2A!  Our year together will be filled with lots of learning and laughter.  I ask that you do your best in all you do - be a MEAUX MODEL STUDENT! 

TO MY PARENTS:  I am delighted to be your child's teacher this year!  I look forward to an excellent parent/teacher/student relationship.  Together we will have a great year.  I will maintain open communication with you to keep you informed of classroom and school expectations/activities/upcoming events/exams on a weekly basis.  Also, I will provide you with a booklet detailing my classroom policies and procedures.  Please feel free to explore the many websites I have available through this page.  You will find them to be an excellent educational resource for your child.  If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me at school @ 893-3901, by written correspondence, or by email @ lgriffin@vrml.k12.la.us.  Thank you.
