Reminder-

Homework needs to be completed every night and brought into school.  Students who do not return their homework on a consistent basis will be asked to sit out of recess to do their work.

Parents if you would like to have your child share birthday treat with the class non food items are strongly encouraged.  It helps us enforce the nutrition policy and the also helps us keep our students with allergies, safe.

However, if you would like to purchase the ice cream  from the school cafeteria that is an acceptable alternative.  These items meet the nutrition policy and as of now they are allergy safe for the students in second grade.  The money can be sent in the day of, but I do need to know at least 3 days in advance if you are planning on purchasing ice cream.
