Welcome back! I hope everyone had a nice Easter vacation. This appears to be a normal week despite the solar eclipse (remember to take precautions) and hopefully no more earthquakes :0

If your child had a chance to complete one last Flat Jesus entry please send it to school this week and they will have a chance to share it with the class.

Wishing all of our 1A families a blessed Easter!  Enjoy the time away from school.  Please have your child write one more Flat Jesus entry over the break and we will share them when we return. Thank you!

Looking ahead to the week of 3/25....

We will review reading and math skills and complete Easter activities. No new skills will be taught and there will not be any tests. Wednesday is a half day!

We are looking forward to witnessing the Live Stations of the Cross.

If you haven't checked Friday's Homework tab, please take a moment to do so. I have some reminders and some info about the test. Have a nice weekend!

Reminder that Miracle Boxes are due in a couple of weeks.

Week of 2/26-3/1

I may be a bit early to change the header on this page, but I am feeling happiness with the warmer temps expected this week, and the celebration of Easter at the end of the month.

This looks to be a normal week, except of course for February 29th!

We will attend an author visit on Tuesday. Please check your child's folder for the  information.

Half day on Wednesday 2/28, cafeteria is closed.

C.O.M.E Assembly on Thursday

In case you didn't have a chance to look at Friday's homework tab, there will be a math test on Tuesday. We will complete a  review on Monday. We then start the Money unit for 2 weeks.  The lessons are not in the Math books, so please be aware that your child will be bringing home a worksheet each night for homework.
