For Grammar, we will be working on adverbs. For reading, the story of the week is, Hi! Fly Guy. The skill for our reading this week is, understanding characters.

For math, we will finish up with chapter 12. The students will have their test next week. For science, we will continue learning about all different bugs. We will also work in teams and go on a non living/living scavenger hunt. For social studies, we will read a book that has characters that show the difference between tether and forge with patterns. Also, last week we read another story called Ice Cream with Frog and Toad. Since last Friday was field day, we decided to save the special ice cream treat for this Friday to go along with our Literacy extension from last week.
