Check Out Your Child's AR Progress!
(Student ID # = User Name, Initials = password)
(This link will show you: what percent of goal your child has achieved, their average percent correct, their average book level, how they did on their last test, and what books they've read. It will also allow you to look up AR books from home. It's really a GREAT resource!)
AR Book List
Click on the link above to see if the title of your book is an AR book, check how many points it's worth, or what level it is.
(This link will allow you to see your child's grade averages, grades on particular assignments/tests, and what assignments are missing. A "Z" indicates the assignment or test was never turned in, or taken and that they received a zero. This can be made up.An "X" means that they were exempt from the assignment/test and this won't count for or against them. This could be due to an absence. A "0" means they took the test or did the assignment and received no points of the points possible.)
Planners
Planners are a great form of communication between parents and teachers and students and parents. Feel free to jot me a note.
Planner marks for behavior and work habits are abbreviated to save time. The key for the code is in the front of your child's planner.
Homework is written in the planners daily. It is encouraged to work with your child on homework. Please check off each piece of homework as your child shows it to you once they have completed it.
Planners should be signed daily (but not ahead of time). This ensures me that you are aware of assignments, grades, behavior, and have read any note.
