Hello and welcome! This year will begin your child's educational journey towards the graduating class of 2029. I am so thrilled to be your child’s teacher! It's going to be an amazing year full of learning, laughter, exciting challenges, adventures, and friendships. I can't wait to see what this year has in store for us and to get to know all of my students, but first I want to tell you a few things about me.
I am from Paterson, New Jersey, but I have lived in the Fort Myers area since the age of three. I graduated from Nova South Eastern University in 1999. I began my teaching career at Gateway Elementary in 2001, but have been working in the district for 23 years as a Special Education Teacher K-5. I have three amazing children: Holly, Joel, and Taylor, two of them are currently in college and the "baby" is a Junior in high school. I also have a four month old black miniature dashchund puppy name Bella.
