I am extremely excited to be your child's second grade teacher! I would like to take this opportunity to share a few things about myself both personally and professionally.
I began teaching at Deerfield Township School in September 1993 where I have held the positions of fourth grade teacher, basic skills teacher, and second grade teacher. Prior to that, I taught sixth grade in Stow Creek Township for two years. I attended the College of New Jersey and received my B.A. in Elementary Education. I am married and have two wonderful children who inspire me each day to give my very best.
Teaching is more than my job. It is my passion. My mission is to create a happy and healthy learning environment which empowers students to reach their highest potential. I will treat your child with respect and compassion. In return, I expect the same respect from your child. Through positive interactions I will help your child develop intellectually, socially, and emotionally. I will instill a lifelong love of learning and help your child believe that through hard work his dreams will come true!
