Art is fun....but it can be messy!

I recommend you send in an old shirt in a ziploc style bag labelled with

your child's name to be used as a smock.

It will stay in the classroom all year, so once we have it you will need to remember

nothing more for art class days!

Come to your child's art class!

During the year each class will have an opportunity to have their parents come to art

with them for a day of fun!

It was a huge hit last year, and parents helped their kids with everything

from clay to printmaking.

Watch the notices that come home so you don't miss out!

Check my Calendar!

Even though notices will be sent home, feel free to check my calendar anytime for:

*Art Show date, April 14th

*Dates for parents to attend class with their child

*Set crew meetings for the Broadway show

I will make every effort to post important dates as soon as I know them.

The Art Show

Don't be concerned if your child does not seem to be bringing home

much from art class during the year.

Most art projects are stored safely at the school until art show time in the spring.

Once the displays are taken down towards the end of the year,

your child will bring home a big folder full of all of

their beautiful creations...i promise!
