Infographic: Survey Shows NJ Admins' Feelings On SGOs

It's been three years since AchieveNJ broke onto the scene. Since, the use of classroom data to improve instruction has increased, school districts have been better able to identify their most effective educators as well as those who need support, and many teachers report that the changes put in place have helped them successfully transition to a student-centered classroom.

On the flipside, feedback from educators and administrators shows there is still room for improvement in several main areas. We surveyed more than fifty New Jersey educators and administrators to get an idea of how they are feeling three years in, what they would still like to see, and what areas can still be improved.
