OnCourse offers support-for-all as part of our mission to help every school staff member succeed. Any teacher, office staff member, counselor, etc. can send in support requests or use an in-app screen recorder to help OnCourse support resolve their questions as quickly as possible.

Please note that for security reasons, OnCourse is unable to directly support parents or students. If you are not an employee of the school district, please contact your school directly for help.

Support Hours

  • Support requests are answered 7 Days a Week. Any user logged into OnCourse can initiate support from the Get Help menu.
  • Live support (via LiveChat or telephone) is available from 7:30-5:00PM, Eastern Time.

Chat Support

District VIPs have access to a special Chat Support feature, connecting them with an expert as quickly as possible. The OnCourse agent can launch an on-demand Zoom meeting to help walk through issues in the most productive way possible. Learn more here.

Login Issues

For Staff: If you are having trouble logging into your OnCourse account, visit app.oncoursesystems.com and press the Forgot my Password link.

For Parents and Students: Visit your district’s OnCourse Connect portal and click the Forgot Password link. Or, contact your school district for help.
