Helpful Tips and Reminders! 

Practice your mindfulness daily! What is mindfulness? It is being aware of what’s going on in the present moment. It helps focus attention, improve self-regulation (impulsivity and decision making,) build resiliency to stress and develop a positive mindset.

  • Stop, breathe, and Think (mindfulness app)
  • Remember to practice deep breathing in stressful, frustrating moments during the day
